Alicia Ming Jump Peters, 63, of Byron, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 4, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home with Pastor, Eddie Coatney officiating. Burial will be private in Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Monday, October 3, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Ms. Peters was born on July 9, 1959, in Macon, Georgia, and lived the rest of her life in Byron, Georgia.

Ms. Peters was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry D. Peters “Smiley;” mother, Doris V. Wallace; stepfather, Emmett “P.W.” Wallace; and brother, Terry R. Jump.

Ms. Peters is survived by her son, Seth D. Peters; father, Ernest G. Jump (Joyce); brother, Dean Jump (Colleen); brother, Lionel Wallace (Kim); sister, Jo Andra Wallace; brother, Dale Jump (Rachel); nieces, Ashley Jump Barajas (Carlos), Lindsey Jump Vorreyer (Will), and Emily Wallace; nephews, Matthew Wallace and Ryker Jump; and cherubs to her heart, great nieces and nephews, Dylan, Naomi, Owen, and Kelly.
