Obituary for Bobby Lee Upchurch
Bobby Lee Upchurch, 79 of Macon, Georgia passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 am in New Hope Baptist Church in Gray, Georgia. Reverend Mike Gordon will officiate. The family will have a time of visitation from 10:00 a.m. till service time in the church.
Born in Macon, he was the son of the late William E. Upchurch and Mary Mason Upchurch. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Gray and a retired forklift mechanic from the Carlton Company.
Mr. Upchurch was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa Upchurch and brothers, William Thomas Upchurch and Walter Upchurch.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah Hudson (Bill) and Renae Davis; Sisters, Mary Jane Newberry and Rachel Coan; brother, Charles Upchurch (Scottie). Three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Special friend, Marcia Coleman
