Obituary for Bobbye Lou Brown

Bobbye Lou Bass Brown, 82, of Lizella, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 with her loving family by her side. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 p.m., Pastor Ed Chambless and Mr. Monty Garrett will officiate. Immediately following the service, Mrs. Brown will be laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Brown was born on December 19, 1939, in Macon, Georgia to the late Robert and Lynnie Bass. From a young age, Mrs. Brown loved the Lord; she was a faithful member of Mikado Baptist Church for the majority of her life. She was an avid Prayer Warrior and you could bet, that if you ever met her, she prayed for you. She married the love of her life Raymond in 1960, and together they built a wonderful life, raising two children whom were the light of her life. She will forever be remembered as a devoted and loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. In her free time, she loved cooking and family gatherings. Her every goal was to serve others, it was never about her, it was always what she could do for someone else.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband of over 25 years; Raymond Brown.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, her children; Kristy Mosely (Dale), and Glenn Brown (Cherrie). Grandchildren; Brett Mosely (Hannah), Kasey Ragland (John), Joel Massey, Wesley Brown (Amy) and Haley Fowler (Ryan). Great grandchildren; Kayden Mosely, Sawyer Mosely, Jane Ragland, Cooper Massey, Hunter Massey, Tucker Brown, Isabel Brown and Hazel Kate Fowler.
