Obituary for Colleen Clark (Briscoe)
Colleen Briscoe Clark, 80 of Byron, Georgia passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in Open Bible Tabernacle Baptist Church, Sandy Point Road, Lizella, Ga. Burial will be in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. in Fairhaven Funeral Home. The family request that facecovering be worn at visitation and the service. Pastor Kenny Ham, Pastor Jim Lane and Pastor Michael Lane will officiate.
Born in Commerce, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Reuben Strozier Briscoe and Josephine Jones Briscoe. She was the widow of Robert Aaron Clark.
Mrs. Clark was a retired administrative assistant from Cherokee Brick and Tile Company and attended Victory Baptist Church in Macon.
She is survived by her children, Patti Dyer (John), Karen Lane Green (Eddie), Mary Ann Lane, Jim Lane (Sandra), Step children, Keith Clark (Ellen), Kelly Harris and Kenneth Clark. Sisters, Ramona Martin and Lynda Sue McMichael (Jimmy); nineteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
