Mr. Brock was born on January 14, 1938 to Henry Paul Brock and Mary Lou Maddox in Irwin County, Georgia. He faithfully worked as a printer for Bibb Printing Company for over 48 years. At a young age, Mr. Brock married the love of his life Beatrice, and they formed a wonderful life together raising four children. Mr. Brock was a God fearing man, whom never missed a opportunity to spread the word of God. He was the Sunday School Superintendent for 45 years at Word of Flame (Currently known as The Sanctuary). He loved those children as if they were his own. Above everything, Mr. Brock loved his family and always made sure they were provided for, both physically and spiritually. He taught them what it means to be tough, how to be a hard worker, how to love fiercely, and be a man of their word, and most importantly about God. He leaves behind a legacy that will live on through those lessons.
Mr. Brock was preceded in death by his parents, as well as three siblings; Gilbert Henry Brock, Mary Earline Brock Branam, and Clara Laverne Brock Dudley.
