Dorothy Mae Barefoot Warren, age 79, of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Lee Griffin officiating. The family will have a time of visitation on Thursday, March 31, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Fairhaven Funeral Home.

Dorothy was born in Macon, Georgia on Friday, November 27, 1942 to the late Emory Glenn Barefoot, Sr. and Helen Mae Barfield Barefoot. She loved her family more than anything and will be missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Eugene “Gene” Warren; children, Sandra Lynn, Sharon Denise, Teresa Warren, David Warren; and brothers, Gary Don Barefoot, Emory Glenn Barefoot, Jr., Thomas Douglas Barefoot, Sr.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Ronald Warren, Sylvia Davis; grandchildren, Kyle Smith, Danyell Ward (Frank), Rachel Ussery (Christopher), Brandon Warren (Jessica), Josh Warren, Kristine Collier; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and brothers, Wendell Barefoot (Marsha), Johnny Barefoot (Marty).
