Obituary for George Ronald Dorsey
George Ronald Dorsey, 88, of Flovilla, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 14, at 2:00 PM at New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, 2560 US Hwy 41, Forsyth, Georgia, 31029. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, September 13, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at FairHaven Funeral Home.
Mr. Dorsey was born on August 6, 1934, in Smarr, Georgia, to the late Mr. George Dorsey and Mrs. Willie Brown Boatright. He worked in construction most of his life.
Mr. Dorsey is survived by his sister, Patricia Sadler; brother, Frankie Boatright; niece, Karen Hales; nephews, Jody Sadler (Angel) and Wayne Sadler (Kim); and many great nieces and nephews.
