Obituary for Georgia Craven
Georgia Craven, 74, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Pine Pointe Hospice. The family will have a time of visitation on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home before making their way to Glen Haven Memorial Gardens for a Graveside Service that will begin at 2:30 p.m. Reverend Tim Sizemore and Pastor Jeff Price will officiate. For those unable to attend, services will be streamed live on Facebook at FairHaven Funeral Home- Macon.
Georgia was retired from Bell South/ AT&T after 28 years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Lighthouse Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Flora Mae & Albert Allison Cravey. Two sons; Bobby Dean and Victor Vaden Lord, Jr. and one daughter; Karren Darley as well as her sister; Shirley Coatney.
Survivors include her husband; Thomas Craven, daughters; Brooklyn Stokes (Brennan), Tracey Sparks (Doug). Grandchildren; Christopher Lord, Cody and Morgan Sparks, Kyle and Terry Darley. Great Grandchildren, Brenley, Braxton, and Britton Stokes. Brother; Billy Cravey, Nieces and Nephews; Michael Cravey, Amanda Thornton (Josh), Joe Busbee and Jennifer Busbee
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
