Jerry N. Mullis, Sr., 83, of Macon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. The family will have a time of visitation on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Robert Webb and Reverend Chris Mullis will officiate.
Mr. Mullis was born on August 8, 1938 in Roddy, Georgia to the late Vance and Nannie Mullis. He proudly served our country in the United States Army for two years. He was a member of the American Legion as well as the Elk’s Club and Gideon’s International. Mr. Mullis owned and operated The Fish House for over 21 years and was a member of Calvary Community Church.
Mr. Mullis was preceded in death by his parents as well as his son; Vance Mullis.
Mr. Mullis is survived by his loving family. His wife of 34 years; Donna Mullis. Children; Garry Lee Mullis (Sandra), Tammy Mackanic (Richard), Jerry Nelson Mullis, Jr., Rick Rousseau (Kasey), Lisa Owens (Joey), Christopher Mullis (Kelly), Kathryn Ray (Mikie), Tracy Van Ness (Keitha),Rehdeen Fox (Mike), and Leann Kimbler (Larry Wilder). 18 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren, two siblings; John Mullis and Jake Mullis (Julia).
