Obituary for Kevin Farrell Sapp

Kevin Farrell Sapp, 70, died at his home in Macon on Sunday, June 6, 2021, after a short battle with cancer. Born on June 17, 1950, in Bleckley County, to W. C. “Duck” and Doris Hubbard Sapp. He had lived much of his life in Macon with some years in Florida and elsewhere.

A graduate of Cochran High School, where he was an honor student and a star basketball player, he also graduated from Middle Georgia College. He spent most of his career in auto sales.

Kevin is survived by one brother, Roger Sapp (Janice) of Macon and two sisters: Kathy Lovett (Lee) of Gainesville and Edith “Boo” Padgett (Raymond) of Savannah. He, too, is survived by nieces Shantee Weseman, Lisa Leiter, Jill Kelly, Kathryn Kornberg, and Jennifer Semones and nephews Joel Padgett and Craig Sapp.

A service is set for 2 o’clock Saturday, June 19, in the chapel at FairHaven Funeral Home in Macon.
