Obituary for Linda Fennell Morgan

Linda Kay Fennell Key Morgan, 72, of Macon, passed away with her loving family by her side on Saturday, January 23, 2021. The family will have a time of visitation on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Hill United Methodist Church. A celebration of her life will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Teresa Edwards officiating. Immediately following, Linda will be laid to rest in Monroe Memorial Gardens.
Linda was born on June 17, 1948 in Macon to the late Jimmy Fennell and Elizabeth Hall Judd. She was a lady who was into everything, and a jack of all trades. She never took no for an answer, and when faced with a difficult task, she would reply “watch me”. Linda worked for the American Red Cross as a disaster specialist, and was a sign language interpreter. She was known for interpreting the Easter Sunday Services on Coleman Hill. She has a love for community servants, in particular firefighters and military, she never missed an opportunity to thank them for their service. She was a huge advocate for the Georgia Fire Service. One of her many talents including her being a master florist. In her free time, she loved to fish and camp. She was by far her happiest when she was spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Linda had the gift of gab and never met a stranger; she touched every person she met and left behind and amazing legacy.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving children; Donald E. Key, Jr (Toni) and April Williams (James). Grandchildren; Courtney Hancock (Logan), Conner Gavin Key, Autumn Monson (Michael), Patrick Williams, and Ashley Williams. Great Grandchildren; Chase, Tarynn, and Will. Brother; William Judd, and two fur grandbabies.
