Ricky George Morton, 59, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022. The family will have a time of visitation on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Reverend Alberto Acosta will officiate. The family would like to invite all Ricky’s friends to meet at the funeral home at 1:00 on Friday to go in procession for Ricky’s final ride to the cemetery.
Ricky was born on March 31, 1963 in Macon. He was currently employed as a maintenance engineer at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. In his free time he loved riding motorcycles, especially his Harley Davidson. Ricky also loved music and was a very talented musician, playing the guitar and singing. Above everything, Ricky was a great man, a loving father and wonderful friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents; Olen “Pete” Hunnicutt and Helen Carolyn Wylie Hunnicutt.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving family. His daughter; Brandi Morton, grandson; Cameron Bradin Hollis, and brothers; Scotty Hunnicutt (Crystal) and Dan Morton (Russ). Niece and nephews; Amber Hunnicutt, Dylan Hunnicutt and Dalton Hunnicutt.
