Robert “Bobby” Eugene Helms, 63, of Macon, Georgia passed away surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 and will be followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Both will take place in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home.
Born in Thomaston, he was the son of the late Billy Eugene Helms and Marie Claydel Littleton Helms. He was employed with the Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company for 10 years. He was well known as a master craftsman and all around Jack of all trades, with a love of many different hobbies and animals.
Mr. Helms was preceded in death by a daughter, Angeleena Helms.
He is survived by his children, Jimmy Helms(Candice), Chrystal Mobley(Arthur Barad) and Jennifer Helms(Branden Moore); Dear friend and Ex-Wife Debra Helms, Brother Timmy Helms, and Ten grandchildren; Karma Helms-Barad, Lakum Helms-Barad, Juanito Barad, Arthur Barad Jr., Riley Barad, Aiden Barad, Weston Helms, Conner Atkins, Addalyn Jackson, Zaria Helms-Wilson, and then his long time pet companions Jesse and Max.
