Thomas Gary Holloway, 69, of Byron, GA peacefully passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on October 4, 2022. The family will have a time of visitation on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home, before making their way in procession to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service to celebrate his life.
Mr. Holloway was born on November 26, 1952 in Macon to the late Joseph Edward Holloway, Sr. and Mary Louise Harris Holloway. He was a third generation business owner, operating Holloway and Sons Logging. It was more than just a job to him, it was a passion, that he passed on to his sons. He loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents as well as a daughter; Leslie Anne Holloway, grandson; Austin Cole Holloway and one brother; Joseph E. Holloway, Jr.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving family. His wife of 45 years; Sandra German Holloway. Children; Joseph Gary Holloway (Megan), Thomas Edward Holloway (Britney), April Holloway Bridges (James),Christy Holloway Fitzpatrick (Charles) and Jason Stanley (Tami). Several grandchildren including Thomas William Holloway, Emily Louise Holloway, and Aubrey Leigh Holloway along with numerous great grandchildren and one sister; Lena Estelle Short.
