Obituary for Teena Marie Watson

Teena Marie  Watson
Teena Marie Jennings Watson, 60, passed away suddenly on March 27, 2018. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Rd, Macon. Pastor Morgan Kerr will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00. Burial will be private. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Mrs. Watsons’ life.
Mrs. Watson was born on August 9, 1957 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to Jason Jay Jennings and Sylvia Ellene Lassiter Jennings. She attended Southwest High School in Macon, Georgia, graduating in 1975, She then joined the US Army where she served with distinction and received an honorable discharge. Mrs. Watson graduated from Lewis and Clark State University in Lewiston, Idaho with a degree in Nursing. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for over 30 years.
Mrs. Watson is survived by her husband, Sanford Tyson Watson of Macon, GA. Her daughter, Windy Marie Scholes of North Pole, AK; son, James Brian Scoles II of North Pole, Alaska; brothers David Armstrong (Glenda) of Douglasville, GA, Timothy Jennings (Miranda) of Snohomish, WA and Stephen Jennings of Everett, WA; five grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father; Jay Jennings; her mother Ellene Armstrong; step-father, James “Jimmy” Armstrong; and her brother, Michael Jennings.
