Obituary for Samuel Curtis Dykes
Samuel Curtis Dykes, 79, of Macon, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. Reverend Tom Black will officiate. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation on Monday, May 14, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Born in Laurens County, he was the son of the late Samuel Caswell Dykes and Minnie Bell Alligood Dykes. He was the husband of the late Frances Wester Dykes. He was the owner and operator of Bibb Tile Setters for over 30 years and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his children, Cheryl Lingold, Keylan Dykes(Daun), Chip Nation(Debbie) Laura Fussell(Matt), Kevin Dykes, Kirk Dykes, Jeff Dykes, and Nicole McClendon. Seventeen Grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
